Today I found the shade of an elm tree. The fragrance of the evening rain is still in my nose, rising from the wet leaves and soil. A damp wind gently caresses my face. Wind chimes fading away among the birdsong. Suddenly a great love fills me, for everything that was created and exists. Are we a bit romantic today or what? Maybe the beautiful weather and fragrances have already made me magnanimous. In any case, I love life and everything as it is right now. I am in the moment and at peace, thank God.
As such, the mind is calm and so is the subconscious. So if someone throws a ball in my eye right now, my slower mind may not realize the impending danger. But because the subconscious mind, which can process 20,000,000 environmental stimuli per second, is faster than the conscious mind, which can process 40 environmental stimuli in the same second, it makes me blink and close my eyes. As the most powerful information processor, the subconscious observes both the environment and the body's inner awareness. It reads the clues it receives from the environment and activates behaviors and emotions based on the knowledge I have already acquired and learned. I must have felt good and happy in this kind of environment before, because today I am in a very good mood. The old records in my subconscious have been brought to the top of the iceberg again and in this way. When the smell of the earth and flowers, the sound of birds, the color of grass and trees met my subconscious mind, it found and extracted the beautiful mood from my old records.
Consciousness allows us to have free will. So we are not just victims of the subconscious. But the subconscious takes over our consciousness every second when we are not paying attention. While consciousness moves back and forth in time, the subconscious stays in the moment. While consciousness wanders around in the past and the future, living with regrets, fears and anxieties, the subconscious acts according to the moment. Consciousness forms the self. The self is the voice of thoughts.
Everything we have accumulated so far, from the moment we were born, everything we have observed, experienced, learned, forms our thought patterns. The learned behaviors and stereotypes we have acquired from our entire environment are the most important programmed subconscious limitations we face in achieving the things we dream of. So while we dream and plan for the future, the subconscious is at work and it is the one who plays the leading role. The subconscious is the boss. These subconscious limitations affect our thoughts, behaviors, emotions, physical and mental health. So even our thoughts are conditional. They are the result of previous knowledge and experience, i.e. conditioning. Memory accumulates, reads, collects. It forms certain beliefs that are in accordance with its own conditioning and prejudices and then uses language to communicate. It is the subconscious that rules the game, always and everywhere, in every way.
In other words, the subconscious and the mind are the residue of memory, of experiences, of knowledge, and it speaks from these residues, it governs us from these residues. That's why we become the people we like or dislike the most. This is why the stance of teachers and parents as role models is important. That's why we don't die without experiencing everything we condemn, criticize and criticize.
If all people were tolerant, in peace and tranquility, filled with love and affection, our subconscious minds would create limitations with love and affection because they are programmed with love and affection. Minds planning terror and war would not be able to go beyond the boundaries and playgrounds of the subconscious mind. We would be living in a peaceful and joyful world with love and affection. I hope this is not a utopia and that my dream will come true one day...
The good thing and what I hope for is that knowledge is not static. We can add a lot to knowledge. When you say "I love you" to a being, whether it's something you remember, whether it's something real that you communicate in the moment, it's worth storing and accumulating...
I love you
