Orhan is a quiet, calm, decent man in his own way. He lives alone in a house inherited from his parents. He has a simple life. At the age of 13, he lost his father, dropped out of school to educate his sisters, and when they were educated and had jobs and homes, they started to live in peace. One day, while helping a woman whose car broke down in the middle of the road, he was late for work and was fired. After 20 years of working in the same place, he is given a very large severance package. He looks for a job for a while but can't find one.
A friend suggests that he enroll in a certification program and gives him an address. There he accidentally enrolls in a cooking class and meets the love of his life. A new life has begun, and a new job, with the money he was given as compensation for being fired...
As I was planning today's article, I accidentally saw this movie on TV. "New Life" was a newly translated Serkan Acar movie, and it seemed as if it was explaining how the so-called coincidences in life are not coincidences and how they are finely woven like lace before they happen.
There are times, sometimes turning points, when we fall into a hopeless situation. But instead of sitting at home whining and waiting in despair for the inevitable, we have to listen to our intuition. Staying true to our life purpose makes our path clear. Trusting in fate, even in the darkest moments and worst situations, opens up possibilities and options that we would otherwise never see. The universe has infinite power and miracles can appear to remind us that our intentions will affect our lives. Miracles can appear at unexpected times and places, and often we don't even think they are miracles. Even times when we think our lives are turned upside down can be pregnant with a miracle. As Shams says: "How do you know that your life is no better at the bottom than at the top?"
Things that seem bad sometimes serve a great purpose. When we give up control and details and get into the habit of affirming life, everything will become clearer. And the unexpected gifts of life will start to flow. We are either with the current or against the current. There is no third way. It is easiest to let the current carry us.
Every up and down, every surge and fall is a learning experience. We should be grateful for every opportunity the universe sends us, whether good or bad. Gratitude is a tool and a method to help us overcome obstacles. There is always something to be thankful for in your life. Be thankful that the sun is shining. For hearing the sound of the wind, for seeing the blue sky. Be thankful for a warm cup of tea or the warm smile of a loved one. Turn gratitude into a ceremony, even a ritual. Write down what you are thankful for in a day, count how many times you are thankful. The more you give thanks, the more you will get used to it, and the more you get used to it, the more you will approve of the abundance and success flowing into your life. In difficult times, give thanks for your endurance, for your patience. Peace and release are not possible without gratitude. More gratitude means more peace, more gratitude means more abundance, blessings and success, more gratitude means more love.
As Deniz Egece says: "Two gratitude one love".... From me to you...
