Once upon a time, a great warrior lived in the Far East. Although he was now very old, people still believed that no one could defeat him.

One day a warrior with a reputation for unscrupulousness came to the old samurai's town. The man was known for his technique of provoking his opponent. Invariably, he would provoke and anger his opponent into making the first move, then, without forgiving the slightest mistake, he would counter-attack with the speed of the wind and win the fight. This young and impatient warrior had never lost to anyone.

He had heard of the samurai and had come here, and he intended to increase his fame by defeating him too. All his students opposed such a match, but the old warrior accepted his invitation to fight.

Everyone gathered in the town square. The young warrior began hurling insults at his opponent. He threw stones at him, spat in his face, and hurled every imaginable insult. He even invoked the old warrior's ancestors. He spent hours trying to anger him into making the first move. But the old man remained silent and stoic.

When afternoon came, the situation had not changed. The impetuous warrior, exhausted and arrogant, could no longer stand it and left the sparring ground. His students were disappointed that their teacher had not said a word in the face of so many insults. They could not bear it and asked:
- How could you endure such humiliation? Why did you not use your sword, even though you knew you might lose, but instead chose cowardice, shaming us all?
The old samurai said calmly:
-If someone brings you a gift and you refuse to accept it, to whom does it belong? -To the person who tried to give it. One of the students replied.
-The same applies to jealousy, anger and insults, the wise warrior concluded.
"If they are not accepted, they continue to belong to the one who carries them." I quoted this story verbatim from Cevdet Kılıç's book "Wisdom stories". Because I didn't want to change a word of it, I didn't want you to miss it. Recently, the influence of the negative forces that cover every part of our world and our universe has taken our country and the whole humanity under its intense influence. Each one of us is like a bomb set to explode. People on the streets are naive, tense and sharp like crystal glasses that will shatter when they touch each other. At any moment you may be subjected to attacks and insults to feed and feed someone's ego.
Turn inward and keep your peace. Allow serenity to come to you. Gently stop the influences of the outside world. Don't allow them to descend into your ego and subconscious, keep them outside. Stay simple and serene, stay gentle. This requires some self-discipline in the beginning. Pay attention to your inner health and peace of mind.
"Allow your love to nourish you and others. Quietly pay attention to your inner peace and be aware," says Maharishi. "In this way life proceeds more naturally and effortlessly. Life is meant for us to have peace, not for fighting."
