Today, in addition to this, I wanted to consider the factor of "STRESS" and "stress-based fear". The effects of stress on health and personal success-performance are now known by everyone.
As much as being exposed to stress, reacting to stress and, accordingly, stress capacity and management is an important issue. People in the success square are the ones who are under the greatest threat with their busy work schedule, pursuit of opportunities to succeed, control of threats, challenges of staying at the top and ambitious-aggressive working methods. Life is not so long and endless; "downshifting" will reduce exposure to stress. The most effective downshifting method for such people: Using relaxation with relaxation trainings, deep breathing techniques with breathing trainings, meditation and yoga.
Learning how to cope with stress and increasing our capacity to cope also increases our performance and success. Under intense stress, we can lose our balance and slip into anxiety. For this, it is important to increase the body's ability to withstand stress.
This is possible by reconsidering and changing our lifestyle. First of all, nutrition and limiting the toxins taken into the body, detoxifying if possible and not consuming certain foods at all are very important for reducing stress and healthy living. Ayur Vedic nutrition, GMO-free, natural and proper nutrition, fruits and vegetables eaten in season, storage conditions of foods, zero-numbered eggs, consumption of goat and sheep products instead of cows, this subject goes on and on. We can't go on and on here, please take this issue seriously and research it.
The human body has the knowledge and ability to heal and cure itself, as long as we support it with good and proper nutrition, movement, a clear mind and serenity; it knows what to do.
Imagine, you are in a crowded place, on a plane, on a train, on a bus, in a movie theater; if 3-5 people are very sick and have the flu, they are sneezing, coughing; but in the whole plane, some of them get sick and some do nothing? Why?
The first and most important reason: They are definitely the ones who don't think that they are going to get sick. Yes! Those who think they will get sick will definitely get sick!
Second reason: Those who have the right lifestyle and diet and have a strong immune system. Even so, if they thought they were going to catch the flu, they would still definitely get sick. Do you understand this?
Everyone is unconsciously competing to make themselves sick. However, a healthy mood and a stress-free life also strengthen the immune system. By changing our beliefs about health and the constant use of visual imagery techniques, we can protect our health and avoid many epidemics.
To what Paul McKenna calls "cultural hypnosis" (catching a cold when word gets around that there is a cold), I would add "global hypnotic terror"...
