In recent years, with the advent of the new millennium, there has been a great awareness and awakening. There is a widespread effort to learn and develop among people all over the world. We have learned that everything visible and invisible has energy, that every matter is energy and every energy can materialize. We have experienced a shift from the dimension of thought to the dimension of particles. We have learned that each of us is part of a whole, that we are a unique individual and a complete whole, functioning as a whole in relation to the universe that surrounds us. As long as we move away from this view, we experience disharmony and disease. Conversely, the more we live within this principle, the more harmonious and vibrant we are in a state of balance. And according to the Homeopathic movement, all human beings are activated by an innate energy. When this innate energy is disorganized, it leads to illness, and when it is revitalized, it leads to health. Each one of us is aware that this energy is working within us. Everyone knows that some people have a high degree of vitality. We all have energy that goes up and down hourly throughout the day; these changes are due to stress, diet, sleep, etc., but whatever the cause, we experience an increase and decrease of life energy. Esalen, in his book The Holistic Approach, sees all the findings in this context as attempts by the body to heal and draw attention to the stress. In other words, moving away from the consciousness of wholeness and the emotions and thoughts in daily life cause serious blockages on our life energy and create illnesses. In fact, this is something that people use as a defense to avoid unexpected and unpleasant experiences.
In short, all the energies in the emotional body, the mental body, the spiritual body cause blockages in the physical body, and blockages cause diseases. Barbara Ann Brennan (Hands of Light) talks about 6 types of energy blocks she has observed:
1) THE DIR DIR BLOCK: It is the result of suppressing one's emotions and energy until they become stagnant and body fluids collect in this area. The body tends to swell in the abdomen. The abdomen is distended. This block usually does not contain high energy, but rather low intensity and is often associated with despair. If this block persists, possible illnesses will be colitis or angina pectoris. Anger, usually of an accusatory kind, is also present. The person feels powerless.
2) COMPRESSION BLOCK: On the one hand it suppresses feelings, on the other hand it accumulates anger like a volcano. This block of energy results in the accumulation of fat or muscle in the abdomen, hips, buttocks, thighs. If this continues, it can lead to inflammation in the groin. The person is aware of their anger, they feel trapped, because the release of this anger is associated with a feeling of humiliation.
3) NETWORK ENVIRONMENT: Everything seems fine in the person's life. There are deep fears. He is successful, he has a "perfect" marriage and model children, but he feels that something is missing. In order to arrive at deeper feelings, he will probably create some crisis in his life. This moment of crisis can manifest itself as an unexpected illness, accident or divorce. This blockage moves in different parts of the body.
4) LAYER ARMOR: It freezes all emotions and holds them. They are held in high tension around the body. This helps in building a well-structured life. The body is solidly built, muscles tend to be tight. Life is not very fulfilling because the layer armor has canceled out all emotions. This leads to high tension all over the body, ulcers from overwork or heart problems from creating "push" in life without personal fulfillment. Because one does not feel good in the body, there is tension and stress in the long muscles, resulting in tendon or calf problems. Again, the lack of deep personal connections is not visible on the surface, and the person's life feels smooth. It is likely that this person will eventually create crises of the kind described above in order to get in touch with their deeper feelings.
5) ENERGY DEPLETION BLOCK: This is when the flow of energy decreases towards the extremity of the limb. The person cuts off the organs by not allowing the energy to flow there. This results in a weakening of that organ, and in some cases the area may not even develop. The person tries not to use the limb in order to avoid the feeling of weakness and the deeper related feeling of not being able to stand on their own two feet or failing in life.
6-)ENERGY LEAKAGE: Occurs when the person is squirting energy out of the joints instead of letting it flow down the organ. The person does this (unconsciously) to reduce the energy flowing into the limbs, because he or she feels that he or she does not have the strength to react appropriately to certain experiences around him or her. The source of this is a childhood decision that this reaction is inappropriate or dangerous.
Whatever block is developed by the individual, it depends on many things. Mainly personality and childhood experiences. We all use several of these blocks. We create blocks because we find the world unsafe. We create blocks with patterns that involve our entire energy system. Our energetic defense systems are designed to actively or passively reject and repel external forces.
So how can we get rid of all these blockages? Acupuncture, polarity massage, Lomi massage, refloxology, various movement and posture techniques, chiropractic, osteopathy and others. But of course MEDITATION!...
