Today's article may seem a little different to you, but I have actually skimmed over it a few times because I find it very important.

Before I start this article, I would like to ask you to take a look at the closest of your fellow women, whether you know them or not. As they are and in shape. Their hair, their eyes, their clothes, all the accessories they use, even their posture and demeanor. There must be at least a few people. What do you see?

The fake body types and creations of popular culture.

When you look at the female figures of the Renaissance, Baroque art, Botticelli, Raffeello, Leonardo, Titian, Michelangelo, Bellini, painted in that goddess body, you can see how the female body is recreated as a consumer profile in the capitalist and modernity world. Women who have the same body types and the same facial expression, who are recorded and reproduced, who are forced to live the same life, who are unidirectional and fit into the same line... They are trying to create a society consisting of a single type of consumer group, where the culture and mass industry offers standardized and uniform products. In this false and forced mass culture, even the labels have shrunk. Brands that were once labeled 38 are now labeled 36 in the same size. XX smalls have been put on the market in masses. It is hard not to have crazy thoughts that women will soon become invisible.

The woman, who has been struggling in the male-sounding world of politics, science, business, art and literature since her creation, who has been struggling for herself, who has been ignored, has now realized the "GLASS CEILING" obstacle imposed on her, but this time she has fallen into the "FASHION" trap of the culture industry, which is shouting but does not want to be noticed.

No, this is actually a problem for both sexes. In Hollywood culture, they draw men with wavy hair and Arnold-type, inflated triangular bodies, but men don't like to spend money as they don't like to be forced, so women are the center of attention of the mass industry...

This situation, which Theodor Adorno called "meta-fetishism", is that these media companies, which create FAKE NEEDS for women and produce and distribute cultural products, make profit in the name of satisfying their fake-needs. Moreover, they tirelessly offer standard products, standard presentations, package programs, package prices...

All this has been established through the unconscious techniques of the movie and media industry using celebrities. That's why the number of women who are unhappy because they look like women and don't have the body of a lollipop model has increased. Today, women either go hungry or do all kinds of crazy things to lose weight. The internet is another danger. Those who use all the methods they have heard of and spend handfuls of money. Above all, those who use medication without consulting a doctor, or who suffer irreversible damage while looking for a cure in dozens of different medicines that are not sold in pharmacies and whose ingredients are not even clear.

This is not real life... This is a hallucination, a trend. This is not a natural state. Don't let anyone tell us what to wear, how to look. Don't tell us our lines. Don't fool us with 70-year-old celebrities who don't have a single gram of fat, not a single pimple on their face, not a single line. We know that their teeth are fake, their eyebrows are fake, their eyes, hair, lips, bodies, ears, noses are fake... What is real is the natural cycle.

It is your self-esteem and inner beauty. It is not how you look, but what you do and what you leave behind in this world that will make you immortal. Isn't this the whole effort of human beings, to resist mortality, to be admired, to be appreciated. And realizing your existence is the greatest spiritual satisfaction. For this, resisting nature is exhausting and exhausting. Accepting life as it comes and letting it flow...

All it takes is a little bit of healthy, energy-rich vegetables, fruits and grains and a little bit of exercise. Of course, without a slice of chocolate... This world wouldn't be the same...
