I love a quote by F. Nietzche: "Thoughts floating on ant feet rule the world." It was a quote that I had difficulty understanding when I was first introduced to philosophy and I thought about it for years. Then, when I got into quantum physics and the world of energies, I was struck by Einstein's sentence: "If people knew that what they think comes out of the frontal lobe of their brain, circles the universe, and returns to them through the back lobe, they would probably not think at all."
We already know the effects of the thousands of words we utter every day, consciously or unconsciously. What about the effect of the thoughts that pass through our minds? There is no difference between thinking and saying. What we think about ourselves and others, i.e. the frequency of every kind of thought that hits the walls of our brain, has a direct impact on our life and quality of life. This information is very valuable for our personal future, for our national future, for our universal future.
Especially when we collectively talk about the same things, or even think about the same things, the energy of those thoughts multiplies and spreads powerfully throughout the universe. This is very valuable information! By collectively condemning terrorism, by harboring anger and resentment towards groups or parties that have fallen into the hands of evil, we only increase and strengthen the energy of terrorism or those groups. Worse still, we attract even more of the events that we lament and cry about!
This is a test! We have personal tests as well as national tests. Please let us all wake up together. I have written many times in this column that NO TO WAR and YES TO PEACE mean the same thing, but one of them is only effective, the one that is yes to peace. You should not say I don't want this party, you should say I want that one! Insecurity and anxiety inside us cause us to count where we are. We cannot move one step forward from where we are now. For peace and tranquility we have to achieve unity of mind and think about what we want, not what we don't want. It is just like this: To demolish the Colossus of Rhodes, one of the 7 wonders of the world, you don't need a cannon and a crane, you just pull the pedestal out from under it and it will sink effortlessly. The only way to eliminate negative influences in our own lives and in our national existence is to pull the pedestal, that is, to stop thinking about the bad and ask for the positive. This is a great awareness, like magic. Thinking and intending health and not sickness, wealth and not poverty, peace and tranquility and not war and terrorism...
The same rule applies to our personal desires and wishes, to our personal peace of mind. Just as you choose your spouse, your job, your friend, you should choose peace, harmony, tranquility, material and spiritual wealth. You have to express it, think about it and intend it.
You must consciously choose positivity, beauty, happiness. You must say yes to life, joy, happiness and success. Think correctly, today's situations are directly linked to our thoughts in the past. Negative emotions create negative results, positive emotions create positive results. What we think today will be the seeds of our tomorrow.
Let's make positive suggestions. When we repeat this every day, first the negative potential that exists within each of us will be broken. This negative programming that exists within us is not only related to education, we are exposed to the negative influence of television, media and social media every day. So much negative news, terror, pain, war. Personal indoctrination alone is like a drop on the beach, but it leaves a mark there. And when we think together, we can write miraculous epics on all the beaches of our country...
There is a very simple technique, I highly recommend it. Make it part of your daily life. A sentence of your choice should be repeated regularly. It takes at least 21 days for an emotion or thought to fully settle in the subconscious mind and become a habit. Repeat a sentence of your choice regularly. It should be the same words and in the same order. If you are looking for inner peace and tranquility, your sentence could be: "I am grateful to be a calm and peaceful person." If it's more confidence: "I am so glad that I am full of confidence." Or, "I am secure and I am at peace knowing that I am secure."
If it is material success you seek: "I am grateful that money and opportunity flow into my life."
Peace and tranquility: "I am grateful that peace and tranquility flow from myself to my country and homeland."
My favorite phrase and the one I repeat in every speech is this, and everyone around me knows it: "LIFE IS FULL OF MIRACLES AND MIRACLES ARE IN MY LIFE EVERY MOMENT, FLOWING TOWARDS ME."....
