Everything in the universe is interconnected. We all have our personal and universal reasons for being in this world. And we know this in our hearts, even if we forget it at the moment of birth. When we live outside of these reasons and move away; when we move away from the whole and personal order, universal messages come to remind us and bring us closer to our existential reason.

Following and correctly understanding these warning signs and messages will make our lives easier and more meaningful.

Unexpected delays, postponements, missing the bus, stuck in traffic, no seats left on the bus, plane, hotel. All these are not accidental and are part of the plan. We can get angry and upset because all our plans have been turned upside down. It is important to remember that nothing happens for no reason. Either it is to take us away from the danger and the situation that distracts us from our raison d'être, or it is to protect us from a danger and a waste of time that we cannot see.

Sometimes, when we start to think about a subject, when we start to be curious, when we are interested in it, we suddenly have a feeling, as if something inspires us. We may even be encouraged by an event or a person that takes us back to our purpose in life. These can be some of the universal messages.

Every now and then we set out to do something, but we encounter simple or serious illnesses. Suddenly we get the flu, suddenly we have a small accident. When we get better, we want to do the same thing again, but we twist our ankle, get a migraine, unexpected things come up. We can't do what we want to do, we are blocked or slowed down. This can mean that we are being warned or protected against dangers.

Again, we receive some signs through dreams. In fact, in ancient beliefs, dreams carry the most important symbols and signs. Lamas believe that the astral body, separated from the pineal gland by a silver cord, travels astral and connects with the divine dimension. The soul is trained in this unconscious space and returns, charged with new teachings. These dreams are warning and awareness dreams, signs from our own subconscious and the universe to warn us. Of course, not all dreams are the same and there are many kinds of dreams, and it is important to recognize that some of them can be tricks of the subconscious mind.

In all these ways we can get advice, inspiration, new ideas, or give up something we were about to do.

Sometimes we encounter small obstacles, small positive or negative events. A reader called me recently. Although he had received his visa and everyone else's passports arrived on time, his had been lost in the cargo. And he could only receive his passport at the time of his flight. He was very angry and couldn't calm down, so he was asking for my help, trying to understand.

I told her that if she had even a sip of water to drink in London, she would definitely go there, but no matter how hard she tried, if there was no sip of water reserved for her, she would not be able to go anyway. Moreover, maybe she was prevented for some reason that she could not see at the moment, it was the right thing not to go... When she called me again the next day, she was very happy. She was going to have a baby, but now she knew about it, and it was good that she didn't go because it would have been risky for her health. As she was telling me these things, she was laughing and thanking me.

Sometimes we receive subconscious signals when we have a question, when we are curious and thinking about something.

It comes to us in the form of a line in a movie, a sentence we hear while changing the channel on TV, on the radio, or the words in a song, written on a signboard on the street. Universal messages guide the subconscious mind and connect with us.

Of course, we may not fully receive or perceive the message. We need to listen with awareness and use our eyes well. In time, as we follow the universal messages, perceptions will begin to open up and the messages will become clearer.

Again, sometimes, even though we are very busy and have a busy work life, there are some thoughts that haunt us. In everything we do, in every moment we speak, we have this thought in our mind. In this case, because we are all part of one whole and connected to the same source, the universe wants to draw our attention to something. It is even concentrating us on that thought. Again, knowledge comes to us not only through reason and thought but sometimes through our emotions and feelings. It is these feelings and emotions that give us the most profound answers, the greatest signs.

At other times, despite all our efforts and endeavors, nothing goes as planned. We go round and round in the same vicious circle, in the same labyrinth. Then we realize that we have not traveled a single step further.

We should stop here and try to understand what the divine message is, and reconsider what we think and what we do.

Learning to listen to our body, our organs, our intuition, our emotions, our feelings and following the signs will help us understand our life purpose and help us evolve. Finally, I would like you to learn a way of awareness that is found in many ancient teachings:

Before or while doing something; when a thought or feeling arises; look at your feelings!

1) Do you feel heavy?
2) Do you feel light?

If you feel light and at peace, that is right for you, that is in line with your life purpose.

If you feel uneasy and heavy, it is wrong for you and not in your favor.

May awareness and signs be your companions...
